Mitch's career began at General Electric, where he completed the prestigious Financial Management Program. This experience taught him how to analyze complex financial data, manage large-scale projects, and run a successful business. Mitch applied these skills to his own real estate investments, purchasing his first multi-family property at 24 and successfully completing multiple flips and BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) projects.
In 2010, Mitch moved to Charlotte and expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors, acquiring franchise rights to a national healthy food chain. He grew the business from the ground up, negotiating commercial leases, managing multi-location operations, and eventually selling the business to a private investment group. This hands-on experience in commercial real estate and business development provided him with invaluable insights into the Charlotte market.
