We are not a family that takes the time to post comments, however, in this instance feel that Mitch Boraski deserves a shout out. He was able to do for us what no other realtor to date has. He stayed the course, practiced strong communication skills and from the beginning told us what he could do and did it. He is the consummate professional and when negotiations got tough and emotions ran high, he utilized his management skills to ensure that buyer and seller ended up in a fair and equitable position and satisfied with the outcome. My wife and I are nearing retirement and needed to sell the Condo she owned when we married. It was in need of some updating. We met with Mitch and he outlined with confidence (based on experience) what we might expect to get in an 'as-is' sale. He also suggested some updating we could do to expect higher and quicker offers. We followed his advice painting the interior and replacing the very worn carpet. A few other minor issues (outdated light fixture, etc) as well. Once we listed the Unit we had a full price offer within 3 days. Of equal importance was the fact that the offer required nothing else of us (inspections or concessions). We allowed inspections but had no requirement to address any identified issues. Mainly because there was nothing of significance needing to be done to move in. The closing was quick and painless. We got more than we originally imagined and the process was minimally invasive. I highly recommend Mitch Boraski if you are looking to purchase a new home and/or looking to sell your existing home! He isn't one of those realtors who works 9-5, he works early am until late at night, as well as Saturdays and Sundays! My husband and I had a call with him one night at 9:30pm. I would highly recommend Mitch in helping you sell your house for the most money the market will accept. We listed our home by owner when the market was on fire. Everyone said don't do anything to the property people are are buying as is. Mitch showed up at our open house and told us how he markets the property across the country to get the most for it. His video was outstanding and created a lot of traffic. After a few weeks in market Mitch reviewed feedback with us and suggested taking house off market remove popcorn ceiling, paint and a few other updates and remove our furniture and stage house.
